These draft terms apply to use of the Floating Lacquer Studio website and proposed purchases of our one-of-one products. Legal seller details must be added before the site accepts payment.

We aim to describe each handmade piece accurately. Natural variation, traces of handwork, and slight color differences are part of the product. Screens display colors differently. Measurements and weights may have reasonable tolerances, which should be stated on each listing.
3. Availability and orders
Each piece is one of one. A payment submission does not by itself guarantee availability or acceptance. We will verify payment and availability, then email you to confirm whether the order has been accepted. If an unavailable piece is paid for due to timing or technical error, the payment will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. PayPal may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the merchandise subtotal, item count, and delivery destination. Import taxes and duties are not included unless expressly stated.
