Returns and exchanges
Because every bag is a one-of-one handmade piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, differences between screen colors and the physical item, or failure to review the listed measurements before purchase.
Please review all images, measurements, materials, and care information carefully. You are welcome to ask for additional details before purchasing.
If there is a problem with your order
Contact us promptly if you receive the wrong item, the parcel arrives damaged, or the piece is materially different from its description. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the parcel and item so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.
